Kaiyuan is located in the periphery of Fujian, China. Since our establishment in 1989, we have been co-operating with GE USA in researching and manufacturing a wide range of stone and concrete cutting tools. In 1990, we have established 2 research centers in Dalian and Quanzhou with GE USA.
